Welcome
Welcome to Wyoming Public School. If you are new to our
school I hope that your family will soon feel a sense of
belonging to our school community and that your period
of association with the school will be happy and
rewarding. If you are already part of our school
community, starting again at Kindergarten, I hope you
will make some new friends and note with satisfaction
the improvements in education and school practices which
have been made.
There
is an introductory booklet which is available on
request. This booklet has been written with the help of
our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) and School
Council and is designed to help new families settle into
Wyoming Public School quickly and comfortably. It has
been revised several times in response to parent need
and in an effort to keep it up to date with the many
improvements we make each year to our school programs
and policies.
The
booklet is issued to all Kindergarten parents.
Some parents already know a great deal about the school
but I’m sure it contains new information which I hope
everyone will find useful.
If
you need more information please contact the school.
Your suggestions for further improvements to this
booklet would also be very welcome.
